On Saturday in Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh, a man suffering from cancer committed suicide by jumping in front of a freight train. He has also left a suicide note. In this, he has mentioned that he is suffering from cancer. When the news was received, there was a lot of crying and wailing in the house.

The body of Ramprasad (60) was found lying on the up railway line near Aamour Darigapur gate. He was a resident of Bachhemai village of Sirsaganj police station area. When passersby saw him, they informed the police. Police reached the spot and sent the body for postmortem. Police also recovered a suicide note from near the body. Family members also came after getting the information.

It is written in the suicide note that ‘I am a cancer patient, I cannot walk. There is a wound under half of my tongue. That is why I am very restless. When I was travelling in a car, I felt pain and reached the window while sitting. I dozed off. My treatment is going on in Gwalior.

It is written that the doctors have refused to operate, so I was restless. The police is investigating the suicide note. Police station in-charge Baijnath Singh said that a suicide note has been found near the deceased. The body has been handed over to the family after post-mortem.

According to the family, the doctors of Gwalior had told Ramprasad a few days ago that he had tongue cancer. The entire tongue would have to be cut off. The operation may or may not be successful. After this, he started feeling troubled. Due to this, he took this step of suicide.
